general

▶ Use of my works for training generative AI models, selling, using as NFTs is strictly prohibited.
▶ I do not allow copying, editing, or claiming ownership of my works.
▶ Light edits of commissioned works are allowed, such as cropping for avatars or banners.
▶ I retain the copyright to all commissioned works.
▶ I reserve the right to use commissioned works for self-promotion, such as in my portfolio or on social media.
▶ For commissions featuring original characters, I will post them with credits to the original designer.

Credits are highly appreciated.

payment

▶ Payment is made through PayPal.
▶ All payments are required upfront unless agreed otherwise.
▶ Payment is made after agreeing on details, start date, and completion date.
▶ Refunds can be requested if no work has been started.
▶ If work on the commission has already started, partial refunds are available upon agreement.

commission

▶ When commissioning a work, please provide character references, any inspirations, and your general vision for the work.
▶ Changes are possible during the sketching phase. After that, only minor tweaks may be allowed.
▶ Updates will be shared during the work process.
▶ Completed commission will be sent in full resolution through Google Drive link unless agreed otherwise.
